These monthly or top up sessions help children keep their wellbeing tools strong and active over time.  They can be book as and when you or your child feels a little booster is needed. 

They act as a gentle top-up, offering encouragement, reflection and ongoing support as new challenges arise. Sessions can take place in person or via Zoom on occasions.
