SEAG Confidence Booster Sessions

Helping Children Feel Calm, Confident and Ready for the SEAG Test
Preparing for the SEAG assessment can be a challenging time for children and their families. Alongside academic preparation, many children experience worry, self-doubt and pressure to perform.
My SEAG Confidence Booster Sessions, have been running for 6 years with lots of positive feedback, they are designed to give children the emotional tools they need to approach the SEAG Test feeling calm, focused and confident.
Using proven techniques developed over many years, these fun and engaging small-group or 1-1 sessions help children build resilience, manage nerves and believe in themselves.
These sessions don't focus on academic tutoring. Instead, they help children develop the confidence and emotional resilience that allows them to perform at their best.
Every child learns practical techniques they can use before the test, during the test and throughout everyday life.
During the sessions, children will learn how to:
- Calm their mind using breathing techniques
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Improve focus, attention and concentration
- Use positive affirmations to build confidence
- Turn nervous feelings into positive excitement
- Develop a positive growth mindset
These are lifelong wellbeing skills that children can continue to use long after the SEAG assessments are over.
