The UTV camera crew joined us at our office, bringing a real buzz of energy and excitement. From the moment they arrived, everything felt relaxed and natural, and that was largely thanks to our interviewer, Rita Fitzgerald, who immediately put us all at ease. Her warm and friendly approach made it so easy to share our story and speak openly about the work we love.
It was a lovely opportunity for both myself and my husband, Warren, to talk about his work as a hypnotherapist and mine as a Children’s Well-being coach. We shared insights into our practices, the ways we support people, and why wellbeing and emotional support are so important in today’s world.
What made the day even more meaningful was having our daughter Lola involved. She was incredible, confidently sharing simple, practical tips to help children better understand and regulate their emotions. Watching her take part was such a proud moment and a beautiful reminder of how these skills can be nurtured from a young age.
Being able to speak about what we do, in the place where we do it, alongside the people I love most, made it all the more special. It really highlighted how much our work is rooted in family, connection, and community.
We feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to showcase the work I’ve been doing for 10 years, alongside Warren York Hypnotherapy. Supporting adults, children, and schools in our local community is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s helping someone manage stress, building emotional resilience in young people, or working with schools to create supportive environments, it all matters deeply to us.
Being featured on UTV Life not only allowed us to share our message more widely, but also reinforced just how important this work is. Mental and emotional wellbeing is something that touches every part of life, and we are passionate about making support accessible, approachable, and effective for everyone.
It was a day we will always remember!
Thank you to everyone who has supported us on our journey.
